Pharmacy Operations Technician

Role: Pharmacy Operations Technician Responsibilities: Support in-store pharmacists by accurately processing prescriptions, handling insurance claims, and preparing medications in a retail setting. Interact with guests at the pharmacy counter to answer questions and ensure a friendly, efficient experience. Manage inventory, maintain organized workspaces, and adhere to safety, quality, and HIPAA standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to follow protocols.
