Orange County Foot & Ankle Institute is seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Office Manager (English/Spanish) to oversee the daily operations of our busy podiatry practice in Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front-office and administrative operations
• Supervise and support medical office staff
• Coordinate patient scheduling and workflow
• Communicate professionally with patients in English and Spanish
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, referrals, and authorizations
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Handle patient concerns and help maintain a positive patient experience
• Coordinate with physicians, staff, insurance companies, and outside facilities
• Help improve office efficiency and organization

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous medical office management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, billing, and healthcare office procedures
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records and office software
• Professional, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
