Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications within scope, and monitor patient status.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks and provide supervision as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, consult with the care team, and participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record; uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts and support a culture of professional practice and accountability.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in an outpatient care setting with 10-hour day shifts
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment in Saint Helena, CA
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
