Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Assess patient status, plan and implement care, monitor outcomes, and adjust as needed
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making throughout nursing care
- Document care provided and outcomes, while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care or related setting
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work the 4x10 day shift and participate in a travel assignment as described
