Clients Blackbox is in a major growth period, and we're looking for a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist who can own client accounts from strategy through execution.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on strategist role with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.What You'll OwnClient Strategy & RelationshipsOwn a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contactLead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next stepsPrepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled callsTranslate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clientsBuild strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referralsSolve account issues proactively to support stability and growthMeta Campaign ManagementBuild, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookingManage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variablesMonitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metricsDiagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve resultsTest audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performanceContribute to ad copy and campaign messagingTracking & Technical ExecutionSet up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion eventsConfigure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflowsResolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systemsProactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertisingExperience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversationsProven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retentionExperience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automationStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperienceFinancial services marketingLead-generation and appointment-setting campaignsVideo sales letter marketingHigh-ticket or considered-purchase funnelsDirect-response advertisingHow You WorkYou take ownership.
