We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume hiring environment in Virginia. This is a Contract position focused on keeping recruitment activity organized, responsive, and efficient from application review through interview coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large applicant volumes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring candidates receive timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
• Review a high volume of incoming applications each week and help move suitable talent through the hiring process efficiently.
• Screen applicants against baseline role criteria to identify individuals who meet initial qualification standards.
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep the process on track.
• Keep applicant information current and well-documented within the Oracle applicant tracking system.
• Update candidate statuses accurately, including withdrawals, non-selection outcomes, and missed interview appointments.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle to provide updates, confirmations, and follow-up support.
• Help maintain an organized recruitment workflow that supports timely hiring decisions in a fast-paced setting.• Experience coordinating interviews and managing scheduling logistics in a recruiting or talent acquisition environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, including the ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Ability to handle large application volumes while staying detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, including candidate screening and status management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate interaction and internal coordination.
• Background supporting corporate recruiting or full-cycle hiring activities is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving contract role.
