Follow up with leads to develop sales opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads. Support team sales and marketing goals. Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and professional personality. Customer-focused and goal-oriented. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
