North Portland
Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
3-Day Weekends – Friday, Saturday & Sunday OFF!
Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses

This role is the heart of our office! You’ll help recruit great employees, keep daily operations running smoothly, and be a key point of contact for our employees, clients, and internal team.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Help manage daily office operations and staffing needs
- Communicate with employees and applicants in English and Spanish
- Welcome, onboard, and support employees throughout their assignments
- Maintain accurate records using Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS systems
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients
- Help solve problems and handle situations as they arise
- Work closely with the team to keep the office organized and running efficiently
- Take initiative and step into a leadership role when needed
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English & Spanish – speaking, reading, and writing
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
- Outgoing, positive, professional, and confident personality
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, restaurant management, team leadership, customer service, or office administration is a plus
- Reliable transportation required – our office is NOT bus accessible
