This role involves managing the QC team, planning audits, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and maintaining documentation that supports food safety, labeling accuracy, and efficient kitchen operations. The QC Supervisor plays a key leadership role in maintaining product integrity and service reliability.You AreA hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced food production environmentsDetail-oriented and highly focused on quality, accuracy, and food safetyComfortable holding teams accountable and addressing issues in real timeProactive in identifying problems and driving solutionsOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities across shiftsA strong communicator who can partner cross-functionally with different teamsMust Have2–4 years of experience in food production, quality control, or kitchen operations1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and SOP enforcementExperience monitoring production and ensuring quality and consistency at scaleAbility to identify issues, document findings, and drive corrective actionsExperience working cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and production teamsNice to HaveExperience conducting audits or reviewing production qualityFamiliarity with production tracking systems or internal toolsExperience in ready-to-eat or high-volume meal production environmentsBilingual (English/Spanish)BenefitsWeekly payHealthcare coverage through CignaDaily lunch providedGrowth and advancement opportunitiesCompensationAll final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
