Quality Control Manager – Heavy Civil Construction CRP Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading heavy civil contractor for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a major industrial power project focused on landfill cell closure and coal ash remediation .This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional with a strong heavy civil background and, most importantly, experience working with clay and/or geomembrane liner systems used to prevent environmental leaching. Key Responsibilities Lead all quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement project-specific QC plans, procedures, and inspection programmes Ensure compliance with project specifications, environmental regulations, and quality standards Oversee inspections, testing, documentation, and reporting Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues while driving continuous improvement Review drawings, specifications, and construction methods to ensure quality requirements are met Support audits, client inspections, and quality-related meetings What We're Looking For 10+ years' experience in heavy civil construction quality control. Experience on landfill cell closures, coal ash remediation, environmental remediation, or similar containment projects Hands-on experience with clay liners and/or geomembrane liner installation, testing, and quality assurance Experience on two or more construction projects valued at $10M+ Strong understanding of construction materials, testing procedures, QA/QC documentation, and industry best practice Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
