\n Manufacturing Associate Job Duties: \n
\n- \n
- Remove excess material, heat-treatment residue, and debris from metal engine parts using power tools and industrial finishing equipment \n
- Rack, load, and unload parts for cleaning and processing through automated production systems \n
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare metal components for the next stage of production \n
- Inspect parts for surface defects and perform basic touch-ups or rework to meet quality standards \n
- Follow detailed work instructions while maintaining safety, quality, and production expectations \n

\n Pay: $25.69 per hour \n
\n\n \n
\n\n Schedule: \n
\n- \n
- Training is Day or Swing Shift: Monday-Friday \n
- After training, must be open to work on day, swing, or graveyard - per business need \n
\n \n
\n\n Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements: \n
\n- \n
- Minimum of 3 months manufacturing experience \n
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs \n
- Comfortable wearing PPE: respirator, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection \n
