Role Description The Real Estate Sales Specialist is a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process for residential and commercial properties. The specialist will prepare and present comparative market analyses, draft and negotiate offers and contracts under supervision of brokerage leadership, and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate listings and client records in company systems, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and staying informed on local market trends, regulations, and financing options. The role also requires delivering responsive client service, managing follow‑up communications, and representing the company professionally at community and industry events. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and ethical standards. Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Customer Service skills focused on building trust, understanding client needs, and maintaining long‑term relationships. Knowledge of Real Property principles, including valuation, zoning, and property management basics. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. Comfort with CRM tools, listing platforms, and basic office software; ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
