Compensation:

$100,000+ performance based

Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate and nurture opportunities through outbound calls, email communication, and consistent pipeline management to support client buying and selling goals

• Follow proven scripts and frameworks to clearly communicate our value proposition, overcome objections, and represent the team with professionalism and integrity

• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries, converting interest into scheduled appointments so agents can respond quickly and effectively

• Identify client needs, provide thoughtful solutions, and create additional sales opportunities through strong relationship-building

• Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM and execute consistent follow-up to keep transactions moving smoothly from listing to closing

• Conduct daily lead generation activities to build and maintain a strong pipeline

• Schedule appointments, meet new clients, and create a high-quality first impression of the team

• Show properties and guide clients through the home search process

• Negotiate contracts while protecting client interests and supporting successful outcomes

• Deliver a “white-glove” client experience from initial contact through closing

Qualifications:

• Licensed South Carolina real estate agents who are serious about production — not dabbling

• Strong communicators who are confident on the phone and know how to move conversations toward action

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License (required before joining)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
