Along with excellent written and oral communication skills and willingness to be based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Should have worked in Agile methodology.Job Description:Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database, mainframe, bpm and client-server concepts. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsibilities:Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formatsConstruct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specificationsWork in Agile environment and maintain the Product Backlog working with client SMEsDefine project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elementsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededConduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client groupInterpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-makingUnderstand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changesSuggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changesCreate informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvementConduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issuesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of overall work experienceExperience with JIRA and other Atlassian tools. Ability to create User Stories/Epics, groom stories and maintain the Product Backlog.Should have worked in Agile methodologyShould have experience in brokerage/Wealth Management firms like Client, Sungard Wealth, Fidelity, Client, LPL Financial, Schwab, Wells Fargo Advisors, Ameriprise, Brokerage, Business knowledge of areas like ACATS, Margins, Cost basisDetail oriented, analytical and inquisitiveAbility to work independently and with othersExcellent oral, written communication skills, able to lead and drive Requirements Definition discussions
