Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite; 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM) Pay Range: $31 - $41/hr. Duration: 2 Years Top Skills: TSAC or CSCS, Background in Kinesiology, Experience in corporate fitness or ex-military background
Description
Level III: 5-8 Years of Experience.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards to promote a safe working environment.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of safety programs and emergency response plans.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Document and report safety incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver safety training and briefings to employees to enhance awareness of safe work practices.
- Collaborate with supervisors and safety advisors to address safety concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Stay informed on safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
