Program Development Assoc Manager

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Program Development Associate Manager in Orlando to drive adoption of the ROSA Brain surgical system. The role involves training surgical teams, developing hospital support programs, delivering on-site demonstrations, and managing product installations across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Lead surgical teams through training programs on ROSA Brain product features and clinical applications
Develop hospital partnership plans with administrators and surgeons to support program launches
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and educational initiatives for market awareness
Perform system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting following established protocols
Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication and professional service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's/Ph.D. in Neuroscience or Biological Science
3-5 years of field support, engineering, or customer-facing experience in medical device industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule based on business needs
Technical problem-solving skills for complex, unfamiliar challenges
Willingness to travel up to 80% within assigned territory

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base with yearly bonus structure
