Senior Business Analyst - IAM / Cybersecurity

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in IAM, cybersecurity, identity governance, cloud security, and business analysis. The candidate will work with security, technology, and business teams to gather requirements, support security programs, analyze data, and drive governance initiatives. Required Skills 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Cybersecurity/IAM. Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Data Flows. Strong knowledge of IAM, Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, and Conditional Access. Experience with Cloud Identity, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management. Knowledge of AI/Agentic Identity Governance is a plus. Experience supporting GRC, audits, compliance, risk remediation, and security controls. Strong data analysis, reporting, KPI/KRI, and data validation skills. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
