Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Authorization, Governance, Cloud Security, and emerging AI-related security domains. The successful candidate will work closely with security architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, auditors, risk managers, and project teams to define requirements, analyze business processes, support security initiatives, and drive successful delivery of security programs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with a solid understanding of information security concepts and identity governance practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Technology programs.
- Experience working with security, cloud, or identity-related initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Process Flow Diagrams, Data Models and Reporting Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for security and IAM initiatives.
- Translate complex security and technical requirements into clear business requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align priorities.
