Base pay range $59.00/hr - $69.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Motion Recruitment Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider , is hiring a remote Experiential Event Manager to join their team. This will support PST business hours. *This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!* In this role, you will support their internal creative team with leveraging your deep expertise in overseeing the strategy and execution of a portfolio of events, which includes domestic tradeshows, large-scale employee events, and critical workstreams within larger event projects. Responsibilities: Drive strategy, planning, and execution to create moments that matter Provide expert leadership to collaborative project teams to drive E2E experiences Develop, manage, and execute against workback plans, cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements Direct the team's creative process and readiness milestones to ensure alignment on content, logistics, and troubleshooting before final delivery Skills: 5+ years of expereince in E2E event project management Experience leading complex programs across multiple global campuses or off-site locations Experience working with event production agencies Ability to travel domestically 15-20% of the time Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management, Marketing, and Business Development Industries Events Services, Accounting, and Financial Services Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment
