How you’ll contribute

An Office Coordinator who excels in this role:

• Directs patients and visitors while promoting positive guest relations.
• Accurately obtains demographic and insurance information, and is responsible for upfront collections.
• General clerical tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year of experience working in a therapy or healthcare office setting strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance rules and regulations strongly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required, preferably before hire. May obtain within 30 days of hire.
