Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. These clients seek guidance and support in navigating their mental wellness journeys. Your role in empowering them is crucial, as you will help them acquire essential coping skills and develop healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Applicants must hold one of the following licenses for independent practice: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clear disciplinary record is essential.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Strong computer literacy with the capability to navigate virtual platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in providing remote counseling services or who have specialized training in solution-focused therapy will be given preference. Fellowship or practical experience in community health settings is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
