Driving the GEO strategy and activation for the USBO portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Manager of GEO Operations will manage cross-functional collaboration, translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans, and oversee the coordination of marketing and communications efforts across various platforms and partners. Key Responsibilities: Translate enterprise GEO strategy into clear priorities for USBO brands and align stakeholders on high-value opportunities Identify opportunities from GEO platform outputs and translate findings into marketing and communications actions Orchestrate collaboration among Marketing, Medical, Corporate Communications, and other stakeholders to drive actions to completion Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience Experience leading U.S. pharmaceutical marketing, digital, or commercial operations initiatives Working understanding of AI-powered search, GEO, and SEO principles Strong cross-functional leadership skills in a matrixed organization Experience managing agencies or strategic partners with strong communication skills
