Security Clearance Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Position / Job Description: General Tasking Description Lead the LPD program, managing all LPD team members for all hulls and financial products. Execute planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation. Assist in the analysis and supporting justification material for preparing budget exhibits. Provide financial input for LPD briefings and reports. Assist in the development and documentation of procedures and ensure the team follows LPD processes and procedures. Experience Requirements 10 years’ professional experience. 10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process. Supervisory experience; team management experience; familiarity with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations; ERP experience; budget cycle development knowledge. Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases; experience in DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs. Educational & Certification Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related discipline.
