Job Description

Cedars Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Leonardtown, MD, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist. The OT will assess residents, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, and support functional independence, safety, and quality of life across short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care. Responsibilities include ADL training, functional mobility, documentation, and active participation in interdisciplinary care planning.
