Face to Face is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Development who is energized by cultivating relationships, engaging donors, and securing major gifts. This role will prioritize direct donor engagement, portfolio management, and revenue growth. The Director of Development will build and steward a robust pipeline of individuals. They will supervise the Grants and Events managers and support their efforts in seeking and stewarding corporate and foundation donors. This is an ideal role for a leader who loves being out of the office and with donors, guiding a team, and using data-driven strategies to strengthen long-term fundraising success.
