Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students while fostering a positive school culture. School Operations Experience: Proficiency in staff management, budgeting, policy implementation, and strategic planning. Student Support & Discipline: Skilled in behavior management, counseling, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Academic Monitoring: Experience in monitoring student academic progress and implementing appropriate interventions where needed. Teacher Evaluation: Ability to evaluate teacher effectiveness and provide professional development opportunities.
