This role involves analyzing client needs, supporting the implementation of strategic solutions, and contributing to product and operational model development. Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential for effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Understand the banking industry and assess the business impact and value of projects. Communicate and report project status to client executives, including timelines, budgets, risks, and issues. Analyze client-specific needs to identify underlying problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Support the implementation of value-added propositions and ensure delivery of business case targets. Align products with evolving customer and market requirements to maintain competitive positioning. Draft ad hoc reports for various business stakeholders. Analyze product portfolios to provide insights to the product leadership team. Collect and analyze business and regulatory requirements. Conduct analysis of financial products and end-to-end processes in core banking and finance. Develop business and operational models to support strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT or business consulting. Fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory). Strong understanding of the banking industry and financial services. Experience in stakeholder communication and project reporting. Ability to analyze complex business needs and recommend solutions. Familiarity with business case development and value delivery. Experience in drafting reports and providing product insights. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial product analysis. Experience in developing business and operational models. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in core banking environments. Exposure to international banking regulations and standards. Familiarity with financial technology platforms and tools.
