ON - SITE STAFFING AND WAREHOUSE SUPPORT SPECIALIST (BILINGUAL)

On-Site Manager

Abacus Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across in the Nazareth/Easton area. This role requires a flexible professional who can travel between 2 sites.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide support for scheduling and attendance issues
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed
• Ability to travel between multiple work sites throughout the Lehigh Valley

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience in staffing, workforce management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites

Schedule

• Flexible schedule based on operational needs
• Some weekend work required
• Hours may vary depending on staffing and client needs
