Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor will deliver personalized, elevated service to clients, creating memorable experiences and building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling. The role focuses on advising clients across product categories while maintaining expert product knowledge and a strong commercial mindset. Success is measured by meeting individual and team sales objectives and providing tailored recommendations to a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets Learn and master product and brand knowledge Advise clients across the brand and all product categories with personalized recommendations Leverage clienteling tools and in-house systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships Deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment Requirements Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market; strong customer-centric background considered Commercial and strategic sales mindset with a drive to meet targets Curiosity, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a client-focused approach Willingness to learn, adapt, and use clienteling tools and brand systems Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
