Front Desk Dental Assistant – Insurance & Billing Coordinator ????✨
Beecher Crossing Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Dental Assistant – Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our growing team!
What You'll Do- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage recalls
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Explain treatment estimates and patient financial responsibilities
- Post payments, manage accounts receivable, and resolve claim issues
- Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurance companies
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth office operations
✅ 1-2+ years of dental office experience preferred
✅ Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Knowledge of Open Dental or similar software preferred
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
✅ Positive attitude and team-player mentality
