Performance Marketing Manager

Data-driven and growth-minded, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager will own and optimize paid customer acquisition programs across various channels, focusing on turning marketing investments into qualified leads and new customers. Key responsibilities Own the strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of paid customer acquisition programs across channels Manage performance against key business metrics including qualified leads, customer acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment Build and improve a rigorous testing program across audiences, messaging, and creative to enhance campaign effectiveness Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in performance, growth, digital, or acquisition marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment Demonstrated experience managing significant paid media budgets and improving acquisition performance Deep expertise in paid search and paid social platforms, along with experience in additional digital acquisition channels Strong understanding of funnel economics, including CAC, CPL, and marketing ROI Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
