Procurement Compliance Manager
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL)
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Procurement Compliance Manager to ensure procurement practices for cutting-edge scientific R&D comply with FAR/DFARS, sponsor, and institutional requirements. In the Regulatory Compliance department, you will design policies, perform audits, mitigate risk, and guide complex procurements across national security, space, and health programs. You will collaborate with contracts, legal, finance, and technical teams, train staff, and interface with sponsors, supporting APL’s mission-driven, ethical, and innovative research environment.
