NTP-L - Team Leader Operations

Monitor process of the department and team to maintain continuous operation Complete all shift reports for the day Performs hourly inspections of the tubing Provide direction and leadership to ensure accuracy of operation Oversees the set-up, adjustments and change overs for all equipment of the machines for the department Performs preventative maintenance on the machine when necessary Assist with changeover and operate crane or forklift as needed Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
