Bilingual Onsite Coordinator | Denton, TXSchedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Reports To: Branch Manager. When a supervisor on the floor needs 12 people by Thursday, they call you. When a new associate is nervous on their first shift, you are the one who walks them in.Day to day, that looks like:Owning the relationship with the client and with every associate on the floorRecruiting, screening resumes, and running phone and in-person interviewsRunning onboarding from background checks through new hire paperworkHandling first-day logistics so new hires actually stickProcessing and approving timecards so payroll goes out clean and on timeChecking in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problemsRepping Midway at job fairs and community hiring eventsIt is fast. It is people-heavy. If you like solving a different puzzle every hour, you will like this.What We're Looking ForBilingual English/Spanish. This is non-negotiable. You will use both every single day.1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Staffing agency experience is a big plus.High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or something related is nice to have, not required.You build rapport fast, with everyone from a plant manager to a first-day associate.You can juggle. Multiple priorities, hard deadlines, moving parts.Comfortable in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and you have used an ATS before.You take initiative.
