Description We are currently seeking entry-level MD (Medical Doctor) and DO (Osteopathic Doctor) candidates in Family Medicine. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing primary care services to patients, promoting health, and preventing diseases within the community. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating various health conditions, managing chronic illnesses, conducting preventive screenings, and offering patient education on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Responsibilities: Conduct physical examinations and medical histories of patients. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatments. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Provide counseling on lifestyle modifications and preventive healthcare. Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and updated medical records. Participate in continuous medical education and training programs. Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Dover. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care. Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Commitment to providing high-quality and patient-centered healthcare.
