Senior Real Estate Paralegal

A confidential client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support complex real estate transactions and subdivision matters in California. This role focuses on preparing regulatory filings, coordinating transactions, and supporting entity formation.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

• Real Estate transactions experience
• Familiarity with Subdivisions
• Experience in DRE filings
• Knowledge of California Subdivided Lands Law
• Ability to manage Entity formation

Preferred:

• Experience supporting large master-planned projects
• Proficiency in organizing due diligence matters like UCC searches
• Paralegal certificate

Salary to be based upon experience; $120,000 and $140,000 annual DOE.

For the first 90 days, you will be required to work completely onsite. Hybrid work arrangement out of our San Francisco office, with the expectation to be in the office 4 times per week and on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate transactions in California
• Familiarity with subdivision work and DRE filings
• Working knowledge of California Subdivided Lands Law
• Experience with entity formation and maintenance

Preferred:

• Experience supporting large master-planned community projects
• Strong due diligence and organizational skills
• Paralegal certificate

Schedule & Location:

• San Francisco-based role
• 100% onsite for the first 90 days
• Hybrid thereafter (4 days onsite per week, as needed)
