Supporting families through the cremation process, the full-time Family Coordinator will manage a dedicated book of cases, serving as the primary point of contact while coordinating transportation, documentation, and scheduling in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a dedicated book of cases from intake through final resolution Support families via phone, text, and email with empathy and professionalism Collaborate with teammates to maintain continuity of care and assist with urgent case needs Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, operations, or hospitality roles Strong written and spoken English skills Proven ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Accountable and proactive with a strong sense of ownership A home setup that supports remote work requirements
