This role is designed to provide flexibility for therapists, allowing them to work remotely while engaging with clients through telehealth and outpatient services. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluating clients’ mental health needs and diagnosing pertinent issues using a variety of assessment tools.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and objectives, and facilitating regular treatment plan reviews.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely appointments and thorough documentation.

• Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the therapeutic process, ensuring that clients feel heard and valued.

• Utilizing creativity to develop interventions that help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, while also facilitating family sessions as needed.

• Coordinating care with case managers, educational staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support.

• Documenting each session meticulously, adhering to company protocols, and preparing for any required audits.

• Engaging with your peer therapists for supervision and case consultation, enhancing professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required to qualify for this position.
