We are currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team and help create a dining experience that nurtures both body and soul. As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, maintaining dining room cleanliness, accommodating resident preferences, and creating meaningful interactions throughout service. You’ll work closely with fellow hospitality team members, cooks, dietary staff, and leadership to deliver an exceptional resident experience. What You Will Do: Provide exceptional dining service and hospitality to residents and guests Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order and cleanliness Correctly and efficiently serve meals, take orders, provide service and accommodate special requests both graciously and courteously Clear and reset tables during and after meal service Maintain safe and sanitary work environments Assist with special events and additional hospitality tasks as needed What You Will Bring: Required minimum of 1-3 years experience working in hospitality service Preferred experience working at a senior living facility/ health care facility High School or GED Strong interpersonal skills Communication skills Ability to multitask Front of house service skills Teamwork and ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Strong work ethic Hospitality minded Pride in a job well done Value in helping others Why You'll Love Us: We provide a compassionate, supportive environment for staff and residents, treating all with integrity, dignity, and respect.
