DutiesProvide technical guidance, advice, and professional mentoring to junior project managers to build organizational capacity.Review, challenge, and formally endorse all technical products and deliverables to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.Review and formally approve or reject modifications to project costs, timelines, and technical scopes within designated authority.Analyze historical performance trends to predict and resolve potential resource, scheduling, or staffing shortages before they disrupt operations.Contribute to leadership decisions regarding short- and long-range courses of action and organizational operating budgets.Lead negotiations and draft formal written agreements between the service provider and external clients.
