An exciting contract opportunity is available for two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in an elementary setting near Odenville, AL, with a full-time commitment through May 2027. This dynamic role involves working with students in grades 1-12, providing a broad opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's communication and learning experiences.

The ideal professionals will bring expertise in school-based speech-language services and hold the necessary credentials to effectively serve and collaborate with the school community. While onsite engagement is preferred, strong candidates may be considered for virtual support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Valid educator certification
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services for students in grades 1-12
• Maintain accurate records of services and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
