Security Officer Team Lead

Location: 2125 East 5th Street, Metropolis, IL, 62960, United States At Justice, security is a critical part of our operation. We are looking for a Lead Security Guard who understands the importance of professionalism, accountability, leadership, and maintaining a safe environment for our team members, customers, and facilities. As a Lead Security Guard, you will help oversee facility security, surveillance operations, incident response, transportation oversight, and team support while working closely with leadership and operational teams. This position requires flexibility to work shifts during all hours of operation, with particular emphasis on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
