Hello SLPs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based positions in the Fairfax, Virginia area for the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Highlights:

• In-person positions
• School Year: 2025 - 2026
• Setting: Fairfax County Public Schools, VA
• Caseload: To be discussed during interview
• May involve travel between multiple schools (mileage reimbursement available)
• Responsibilities include speech-language assessments and therapy, IEP development and documentation, and collaboration with the Special Education team and families

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Virginia SLP State License (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
• School-based experience preferred
• Familiarity with IDEA, IEP process, and school documentation systems preferred
