Business Sales Operations Analyst (San Jose, CA)

Job Title: Business Sales Operations Analyst Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2 Location: San Jose CA 95138 Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote, 8am to 5pm PST, OT possible but rare) Position: Contract Duration: 18 months with potential to extend pending budget and rollout status Employment Type: W2 (NO C2C) Due to client requirements this role is only open to permanent residents Job Description Provides operational support to sales management. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement. Must haves: Knowledge/Experience of Quote-to-Cash process Strong analytical skills (be able to review data, create pivot tables, utilize VLOOKUP’s, etc) Strong written and oral communication skills Need to be able to work both independently and collaboratively Nice to haves: SAP experience, trainable if not Salesforce skills Education: Preference for some college but not required Day to day: Mostly routine work Managing evaluation pool Work with legal regarding drafting docs, finance for approvals, sales reps to get those out – track progress Return Merchandise Authorization Daily updating/tracking of orders Internal orders through SAP Quarterly project - Backlog or aging orders #J-18808-Ljbffr Matlen Silver
