This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across production lines.Job Responsibilities:*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.* Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.* Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.* Develop and execute strategies for process optimization, including lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and automation.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency, quality, and cost.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of process changes.* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations.* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.* Generate comprehensive reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives.* Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in process engineering.Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
