Production Coordinator

This role supports the Production Group Leader and Team Leader and plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work and administrative responsibilities.

Production Coordinator Shift and Compensation:

1. $21.17 per hour
2. 1st and 2nd shifts available

Production Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process production documents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
• Organize and manage production-related files and information
• Assist with monitoring production operations and workflow
• Spend approximately 70% of time on the production floor and 30% on administrative duties
• Identify issues in production and communicate them to leadership
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Production leadership

Production Coordinator Skills & Requirements:

• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts with advance notice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
