Facility:
This heart hospital is a specialized cardiovascular facility dedicated to providing advanced cardiac and thoracic surgical care to the region. The facility operates as a pure CT surgery practice with strong OR infrastructure, call support, and a dedicated clinical team including experienced PA/NP staff to support locum providers.

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage for STEMI Call/Cath Lab across multiple scheduled dates beginning September 2026 through ongoing needs
• Coverage type: Call with OR coverage during the week and weekend
• Call hours: 24-hour shifts
• Clinic schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with approximately 8-10 patients per day
• Primary focus is surgery and OR call coverage
• Overnight call, patient call, OR assistance, and weekend help required
• Approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
• Vein harvesting is required; first assist required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required
• PA/NP on staff handles H&P and related duties; provider will not be responsible for admissions
• Pure CT surgery practice - no vascular surgery cases performed at this facility
• Board certification required; ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Active Missouri license or IMLC required to be considered
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
