GTM Engineer

Who We Are Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We're a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals, supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by significant venture funding, we're growing fast across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems and thousands of clinicians globally. About the role We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that help Heidi's go-to-market teams move faster and generate more pipeline. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll report into our VP of Marketing, and treat go-to-market as an engineering problem: identifying manual or inefficient processes and building scalable systems to solve them. You'll own projects across lead generation, prospecting, enrichment, routing, sequences, AI workflows, integrations, rep tooling and GTM analytics. You'll also have the freedom to experiment with emerging tools and develop new ways for Heidi to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers. This is a hands-on builder role. We're looking for someone who doesn't just recommend better processes – you build them, run it, and own the number. What you'll do Build our lead-generation engine, including automated research, segmentation, personalization, prospecting and enrichment workflows, and signal based campaigns Engineer lists and sequences across email, call and LinkedIn Manage a team of AI agents that connect our CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales engagement, and analytics systems. Build HubSpot data models, lifecycle workflows, routing, and funnel reporting, partnering with RevOps on data quality and shared standards. Map clinicians, practices, provider groups, and parent organizations to identify buying groups, resolve duplicates, and validate account relationships. Connect our GTM stacks using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and lightweight code. Reduce unnecessary tools and partner with engineering and data to build the right stack. Run experiments, measure results, and scale the systems that work. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing or Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or a similarly technical GTM role. You have carried a number or supported a rep who did. Expert in Clay and Hubspot; strong familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations. Experience using LLMs and AI APIs to build practical GTM workflows. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, lead management, account-based marketing, and sales processes. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the answer often isn't obvious and experimentation is expected. Bonus points You've built something unconventional that made a sales or marketing team dramatically more productive. Experience building AI agents or agentic GTM workflows used by sales teams. Experience with product-led growth or combining product usage signals with sales and marketing data. The Way We Work Live Forever: We build for healthcare's next decade, not next quarter. We set outrageous targets, lead healthcare forward, and follow the evidence, even when it's uncomfortable. Practice Ownership: Everyone here carries the company. We raise the bar on hiring and excellence, own the outcome end-to-end, and focus on what matters over process. Move Fast, Fix Faster: The more we do, the more we learn. We ship atoms every day, learn from every release, and stay precise at pace. Get Better: The best clinicians teach. So do we. We live in clinicians' reality, bring warmth to the work, and choose clarity, not cleverness. Why You Will Flourish With Us Become an owner, with significant shares (equity) in the company.
