1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
2. Signing bonus.

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment. Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles. Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
