Position Overview As a Baker at Corky's Kitchen & Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. November and December are our bakery months. Overtime is available. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of goods, including pies, dinner rolls, and cookies, following established recipes and standards. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, and communicate needs to the management team. Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively for customers. Maintain a clean and tidy workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and processes. Creativity and passion for baking, with the ability to create visually appealing and tasty products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
